# Bing AI Mode citation pills schema

> Schema for the inline citation pills returned by the Bing AI Mode endpoint, with each cited source attached to the chip it appears on.

Bing AI Mode puts a citation chip after a claim. The chip shows a source count (`1`) or a site name with a count of extra sources (`The Infatuation +2`). `result.citationPills` from the [Bing AI Mode endpoint](https://cloro.dev/docs/api-reference/endpoint/monitor-bing-aimode.md) has one entry per (chip, source) pair. A chip with 3 sources gives 3 entries with the same `citationPillId`. The array is empty when the answer has no chips.
