About the role
Expect to build scrapers one day, scale kubernetes the next, and refactor a queue system after that. The work spans infrastructure, back-end APIs, and scraping pipelines.

- Base salary: Competitive base salary ($80k-$150k)
- Performance bonus: ARR-based bonus (up to 100% of salary), plus 1.25x multiplier based on individual performance
- 3-7 years of experience in software development
- Backend development (Node.js, Python) and infrastructure (kubernetes, queues) experience
- Web scraping experience preferred
- Energy and enthusiasm for building products
- Ownership: you follow your work through to the finish
