The links behind Bing AI Mode answers, as structured JSON: the source list with position, label, and description, and the inline citation pills that connect each claim to its sources. Bing AI Mode answers from Bing's index, not Google's, so the pages it cites can differ from the pages Google's AI surfaces cite.
4.7 · 66 reviewsCount cited domains for citation share. Pills show which sources back which claim. Full schemas: sources and citation pills.

`sources` lists the pages Bing AI Mode cited for the answer, each with position, URL, label and, when Bing shows one, a description. `citationPills` lists the inline citations in the answer text, with one entry for each pill and source pair. Entries from the same pill share a `citationPillId`, and `position` points to the matching entry in `sources`. See the sources and citation pills docs.
Every country except Belarus (BY), China (CN), Iran (IR), Russia (RU), Syria (SY) and Venezuela (VE). Pass `country` on each request. For the United States you can also pass a two-letter `state` code, such as `CA`, to get the citations a searcher in that state sees.
A request is 4 credits on the async API, with sources, citation pills, markdown, and HTML included. A sync request adds 2 credits, and US `state` targeting adds 2. Full table on the pricing page.
AI answers change between runs, and so do the pages they cite. Sample each prompt repeatedly (daily or weekly per market) and compute citation share over a window, not from one response. The method is in our AI visibility tracking guide.
Yes. The same request shape works for ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Mode, so one pipeline covers every engine.
